Shila Thapa is a research enthusiast working at Skill Lab as an Insights and Impact Officer. She conducts applied research as well as research reviews to generate relevant insights that help to shape the organization’s programs and actions. She graduated from a social science background and She is a co-founder of an NGO called ‘Common Actions for Social Transformation- CAST’. Besides research, she also has a keen interest in the sector of Human Rights and International Relations.
